The Ultra Worldcup is the lightest binding in the HAGAN lineup and one of the lightest race-ready tech bindings available anywhere. It is composed of a titanium and aluminum alloy construction stripped to its absolute essentials, with a fixed release setting and a single-minded focus on uphill speed. At 135g with brake, it is the binding of choice for skimo racers, elite mountaineers, and fastpacking tourers who have done the math on every gram in their setup and refuse to carry anything that isn't earning its place. The Ultra Worldcup Brake is the mandatory choice for competitive skimo racers, ISMF-sanctioned races require a brake, and most independently organized races operating within resort boundaries require either a brake or a leash as a condition of participation. If you're racing, this is the one. Note that the Worldcup toe piece does not feature a ski crampon slot, however it is fully compatible with the optional ATK crampon slot adapter for technical objectives that demand one.
