    You should understand that by ordering any of our products you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. By placing an order with us you agree that you are over 16 years old, or that you have permission from a parent/guardian to purchase products from us.

    The following Terms & Conditions shall apply to all orders placed at Hagan Ski Mountaineering.com. These Terms & Conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

    Any personal information you provide us will only be used to complete your order unless otherwise specified. We will not use your information in any other way unless you have specifically given us permission to do so. Your information will not be shared with third parties.     FORCE MAJEURE

    Events outside of Hagan Ski Mountaineering's control, or which are not reasonably foreseeable, shall be considered force majeure. This may include government action or omission, new or amended legislation, conflict, embargo, fire or flood, sabotage, accident, war, natural disasters, strikes, lack of delivery from suppliers, or government decisions that affect the market and product negatively. In such instances, Hagan Ski Mountaineering will be released from all obligations to fulfill contractual agreements.

    PAYMENT

    All products remain the property of Hagan Ski Mountaineering until full payment is made. By placing an order with us, you agree that you are over 16 years old, or you have permission from a parent/guardian to purchase products from us. The applicable price is that set at the date on which you place your order. Shipping and payment costs are recognized before confirming the purchase. If for any reason we are unable to fulfill an order, a full refund will be given. All payments made on HaganSkiMountaineering.com are handled by third party dedicated gateways.     LOCAL TAXES

    When purchasing our products, local charges (i.e. sales tax, customs duty, etc.) may apply, depending on your region. These charges are at the customer’s own expense.

    INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

    Using www.HaganSkiMountaineering.com gives you no rights to any copyright or intellectual property relating to the content of the site. All copyright is protected under national and international law. Any content from Hagan Ski Mountaineering can only be reproduced or distributed with permission from Hagan Ski Mountaineering.

    ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

    Hagan Ski Mountaineering USA reserves the right to amend any information including, but not limited to: prices, technical specifications, terms of purchase and product offers, without prior notice. In the event of a product selling out, Hagan Ski Mountaineering USA has the right to cancel the order and refund the amount paid. We will always notify the customer of equivalent replacement products if available.
