HAGAN SKI MOUNTAINEERING is seeking passionate, experienced independent sales reps/agencies to drive growth for our alpine touring gear in the North East, Pacific Northwest and California. We are looking for partners who can connect with specialty ski retailers, conduct high-impact demos, and deliver expert product clinics.

What We Are Looking For:
- Proven Experience: Established independent rep specializing in ski hard goods.
- Technical Expert: Deep knowledge of modern backcountry ski construction, bindings, and accessories.
- Skier & Evangelist: Skilled skier who uses on-snow demos and demo events as primary sales tools.
- Connector: Strong existing relationships with specialty ski retailers in your territory.
- Proactive Partner: Ability to manage inventory (approx. $5-$10K sample portfolio), attend trade shows, and operate a engaging demo. Creativity counts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive wholesale sales to specialty backcountry retail accounts.
- Execute regional Sales Rep Association events and on-snow demo days.
- Provide product training and clinics to educate retail staff.
- Build brand awareness through active, on-mountain, professional engagement.
