Sold Out - No restock available this season.

Please check with your local retailer or consider our Pure 8, Ride 10 or Core 12 bindings.

But don't consider it too long, as the Pure 8 and Core 12 are also nearly sold out until next season. The Ride 10 are nearly sold out, period.

The Pure 8 is identical to the Pure 10, other than color and the 3-8 release range. If you don't need a 9 or 10 release setting, the Pure 8 is perfect.

To compare the bindings, check this chart.

The lightest high-performance alpine touring binding.

The revolutionary Pure 10 binding outperforms standard tech bindings for a better skiing, more efficient, and hassle-free backcountry experience. The Pure 10 combines several ingenuous performance innovations: an extremely solid boot/ski connection, no torsional movement, 20mm length adjustment, Elastic Response System, precise release and great descending feel. The heel pivots rotationally to provide consistent release and retention. The patented CAM heel system adjusts to impact forces, providing far better control and skiing precision than simple “U Forks.”

  • The new Pure 10 is basically a simplified, lighter and lower cost version of the Core 12. Key differences include a DIN range of 5-10 versus 5-12, one heel flap for 3 climbing positions instead of the 5 positions on the Core 12, and a narrower and lighter heel adjustment plate. Just 280 grams including length adjustment, brakes and included crampon mounts. (Competitors touting low weight or price include neither brakes or crampon mounts.) The Pure 10 binding combined with our Pure and Core series skis provides an outstanding touring package with extreme value. The Pure 10 is the perfect binding for the latest generation of ski tourers.

Touring bindings spend the majority of their time going up, and the Pure 10's refined heel climbing aid is easily flippable by hand for three climbing positions. One climbing position can be selected without any need to twist the heel piece, making for far safer adjustments in precarious situations. At only 280 grams with brakes (230 grams with brakes removed, 222 grams without brakes and crampon mounts), the Pure 10 is the lightest high-performance all-mountain touring binding!

The Pure 10 features easy toe entry and quick and secure clamping that is far superior to standard tech bindings. The toe is designed for much easier step-in, even with older and worn boots. The heel piece can be turned in any direction. The elastic response system in the heel ensures a perfect flex of the ski during compression and excellent skiing performance. The brake is equipped with an ELASTIC SLIDE on the pad in contact with the boot that keeps the lateral release value of the binding fixed. The brake arms are extra long with wide hooks to stop your skis quickly when they go airborne without you. A 20 mm ADJUSTMENT PLATE is integrated in the heel part to assure a fast adjustment in case of boot substitution (up to 2 full sizes). Crampon hooks for our matching crampons allow stress-free ascents up bulletproof snow or in no-fall zones. All adjustments on the binding can be made with a standard Phillips screwdriver, so you can leave a few extra tools out of your pack. Psych yourself up to rip the biggest, baddest, remotest lines you can find with the Hagan Pure 10 binding.

The HAGAN Pure 10 perfectly embodies Hagan's prime values: durability, performance, ease of use and value

    • REVOLUTIONARY SKI-BRAKE: incredibly light and easy tooperate; two positions (retracted for uphill and released for downhill) via pushing a catch lever. See the short videos for brake operation.
    • ELASTIC RESPONSE SYSTEM: an elastic sliding system in the heel allows unrestrained flex of the ski during compression and excellent skiing performance
    • SKI-BRAKE ELASTIC SLIDE: integrated in the ski-brake pad to keep the lateral release value of the binding fixed
    • CAM RELEASE SYSTEM: stabilizes the heel pins and provides the typical torsional stiffness of the ATK® bindings
    • RELEASE VALUES: fully adjustable VERTICAL (My) and LATERAL (Mz) release systems (5-10)
    • HEEL FLAP WITH RAISER: provides 3 different walking modes: FLAT MODE, +36 mm and +50 mm

  • Pure 10 and Core 12 Differences

    • Brakes: toe mounted brakes on the Core, heel mounted on the Pure. The toe pieces are similar other than the brakes.
    • Risers: Two magnetic flaps on the Core 12 provide 5 climbing positions, a single flap on the Pure 8/10 provides 3.
    • Length Adjustment: 20mm for the Pure, 30mm for the Core.
    • Release Range: Pure 10 is DIN 5-10, Core 12 is DIN 5-12.
