HAGAN Core 87 climbing skins pair perfectly with Core 87 skis. These exceptionally fast gliding, 70% mohair climbing skins are tailored to the exact length and width (minus 4mm) of each ski. They come with super simple, light, durable and easy to use tip and tail attachments. The skins use a "Gummi" tip at the top that hooks into the Y-shaped tip notch on HAGAN skis and allows easy removal of climbing skins without taking off your skis. The 70% mohair plush, treated to resist moisture and glob and increase glide, is durable and easy gliding. It also provides excellent grip. Your HAGAN skis deserve fast, high-quality HAGAN climbing skins.
HAGAN's vacuum skins have many advantages. Although the vacuum skins cost slightly more initially ($10), they potentially cost much less than glue skins in the long run when the cost of re-gluing skins is considered — and save a lot of work and mess over re-gluing skins yourself. The two-zone compound adhesion skis can be refreshed with our vacuum skin base cleaner to return them to nearly new adhesive strength.
