Do your usual skiing pursuits include first-lines, powder and high-angle surfing? Then you are in the right place with the award-winning BOOST series. Why is a BOOST series ski the right choice for your high-speed long turns? They are light enough for long trips, with a waist width of up to 99 mm, but are by no means oversized. The tip rocker of up to 410 mm means these off-piste rockets float nicely near the surface.
The new Boost 94 and 99 are built with weight saving and performance enhancing 3D diminishing rib profiles — a tall narrow ridge at the ski center widens and tapers towards the ski ends. This design creates stiffness near the center of the ski for edge hold while allowing us to precisely engineer optimal progressive flex – all with a reduction in weight, especially crucial swing weight. Tip and tail rocker help float over soft snow and cut through chop, while camber underfoot and carbon stringers provide stability and stiffness, ensuring they rip the hardback. From playful flotation devices to powerful chargers, welcome to the most athletic line of powder skis on the market.
The entire range of Hagan skis are designed and built for a wide and optimal sweet spot: stiff at the ski center for edge hold when the snow is firm, progressive flex for flotation and easy turning in soft snow, at the lightest weight possible without impacting performance or durability. We don't chase extremes. We target performance.
The Core 12 is the highly-regarded, award-winning, lightweight and durable high performance Freeride binding - the lightest high-performance Freeride binding. Wide toe and heel mounts effectively transfer power. The patented E.R.S. ® (Elastic Response System) system absorbs energy resulting in consistent release values while allowing the ski to flex naturally under compression for improved downhill performance. The heel pivots rotationally to provide consistent release and retention. The patented CAM heel system adjusts to impact forces, providing far better control and skiing precision than simple “U Forks.” Vertical and Horizontal release are independently adjustable. Available Freeride spacers further improve performance.
We design our AT boots for skiers who plan on a hefty amount of quality uphill time earning their turns. The new Core Pro provides an ideal combination of durability, power, weight and mobility. Just 1,000 grams in size 26.5. The ski/walk mechanism is simple, easy to operate and robust. A full 65 degrees of fore/aft motion. Rip descents with confidence and control. Core Pro and Pure boots are remarkably stiff for their weight. Big ascents, check. Burly descents, check.
