Grivel SkiMatic 2.0 crampons

Size Guide

The Grivel Ski Tour is specifically designed to be 100% compatible with the HAGAN Core boot. The Grivel Ski Tour is super easy to fit and attach to the HAGAN Core boot, and is strong enough to withstand use on mixed routes and rocky ridges. The Ski Tour weighs 705 grams a pair and has a carbon steel front section and lighter aluminum heel section, giving a good balance of lightness and strength. The 10 points are long enough for good bite and hold, while not being so aggressive as to hinder walking.

The Ski Tour is Grivel's latest crampon and is designed specifically for ski touring use. Many boot crampons interfere with the ski boot ski/walk mechanism. Grivel reversed the usual attachment system so that the steel bail fits the boot heel and the new Ski Matic 2.0 attachment system secures the front cleat on the boot toe lug.

The Ski Tour crampons are supplied complete with anti-balling plates to help avoid snow accumulation underfoot.

Simple and light, HAGAN emphatically recommends the Grivel Ski Tour crampons for the Core boot, as they echo Hagan’s prime values of durability, performance, ease of use and value.
